Pathetic, leaderless, bereft of ideas, too many 'mates', crap preparation, selecting bowlers on the basis of their batting ability.
Flintoff and the nation must be put out of their misery. Flintoff is one of the lads. He is an outstanding cricketer on his day but he is no leader and he does not have the strategic acumen.
He must be ssacked - now, today.
Giles and Anderson must be replaced by Monty and Mahmood and the batsmen must be forced to stand up.
Sack him now
agreed...sack him, but don't alienate him or we will risk losing his talents completely...encourage him to resign...we will not retain now...might as well go and play some good cricket
