Here we go again...
Ok....in a few more hours David will take on Goliath once more. Freddie has his sling shot ready and the chances are that Mal Loye will get the nod. With no Ponting (he's having a rest, bless him) Gilchrest will be running the show. McGrath's back too. Should be interesting...Freddie must be a sucker for punishment!

I spoke to a friend today who had been out to Aus to watch the cricket. He said that up close the spirit of the English team was appalling. No intent, so seriousness, no fight.
He said he spoke to people in the crowd who had saved up for years for the trip, even a man who had extended his mortgage to afford it.
It wasn't the loss that mattered, it was the spinelessness of it.
